The miniature lifting column is made of visually appealing aluminium and has an easy-care anodised surface.
Installation dimensions of the miniature lifting columns
At 245 mm, the installation dimension of the mini lifting column is the ideal solution if the installation space in the project is limited. The miniature lifting column is just 65 mm wide. With these installation dimensions, you can realise movements even in the tightest installation spaces.
How is a mini lifting column constructed?
The miniature lifting column consists of two telescopic aluminium profiles, which are guided with sliding blocks in between. A spindle with an electric motor is installed in the miniature lifting column. The spindle movement pushes the miniature lifting column elements apart or pulls them together.
Synchronised Mini electric cylinders
Miniature mini electric cy linders can be used individually or in synchronised operation. For single operation you need a Compact1 control unit, for synchronised 2-fold operation you need the Compact2 control unit and for 3-fold operation the Compact3 control unit. Motor cables are already fitted to the miniature lifting columns ex works.
Operating the mini lifting column
The mini lifting column can be operated using a wired handset (app) or a Bluetooth wireless remote control. The mini lifting columns have internal limit switches and are infinitely adjustable ex works via software in the lift. Simply tell us the required stroke and we will limit it for you.
Mini electric cylinder power supply
The mini miniature electric cylinder can be operated with 230 V mains power and can be connected directly to a Schuko socket with an upstream Compact1-2-3 control unit. With a voltage converter, operation in the USA or on a motor yacht is also possible.
Lifting power of miniature electric cylinders
The miniature lifting column has a lifting force of 800 N, which corresponds to around 80 kg. The miniature lifting column is also designed for a pulling force of 400 N (40 kg). This is ideal for use from the ceiling. For example, you could use it to lower a small kitchen cabinet.
Miniature cylinder duty cycle
The switch-on time of the miniature cylinder with the Compact control series is 2-3 minutes of operation, followed by around 15-18 minutes of cooling time. However, due to the short stroke, you can move up and down several times during the switch-on time.
KNX control
You can also connect and control the miniature lifting column using KNX or potential-free switching contacts via a room control system. For this purpose, we have provided a circuit diagram including PIN assignment on the DIN socket of the Compact1, Compact2 and Compact3 control unit, which we will be happy to send you on request.
Guarantee
Miniature lifting columns have a 24-month statutory warranty. If a defect occurs during this period that you cannot rectify on site, you must return the miniature lifting column and the control unit to the factory for an inspection. In the event of a defect that is attributable to the manufacturer, you will receive a free repair or system replacement.
