Order TiMotion lifting columns online

You can order TiMotion drives from us online. TiMotion lifting columns are made from extruded aluminium profiles of the highest quality. The surface of TiMotion lifting columns is made of durable anodised aluminium. Anodised aluminium has a very attractive appearance and also has very good sliding properties for the Teflon-coated sliding blocks located between the profiles. The sliding blocks keep the profiles at a distance, bring running stability to the system and prevent the columns from running in due to surface friction.

Structure and sliding blocks

The sliding blocks, which are positioned between the individual lifting column elements, are responsible for separating them so that aluminium does not rub against aluminium. The sliding blocks are basically maintenance-free and do not need to be serviced (depending on the transverse load).

Load capacity and lateral load

With very high transverse loads or shear loads, however, the sliding blocks are subjected to more stress than with a purely compressive load. It is therefore advisable to wipe the surfaces with a cloth and some WD40 or silicone spray from time to time.
