Integrated sequence control for controlling 24 VDC drives
The sequence controller for the connected 24 V DC drive technology with a total current of up to 6 amps is integrated in the ZVK-LOCK locking drive. The sequence controller enables the control of electromechanical drives with potential-free feedback contact in a fixed sequence. The PA-ZV-UNI is an additional electric locking device for securing large and wide sashes with an additional locking point. In the standard version, it can be combined with all electric drives that provide an F-contact or a potential-free contact in the closed position. On electromechanical drives, the sequence control can switch 6 A and control two folding arms, for example.
Versatile installation options for the connecting cable
The PA-ZV-UNI has the SICO-PLUG connector for surface-mounted wiring. The drive can be mounted very flexibly in all directions on the window using the combination covers on the fitting profile. This gives the service technician and planner a great deal of freedom in preparation and realisation. Self-adhesive points are supplied for mounting the additional locking mechanism so that the enclosed mounting plate of the PA-ZV-UNI can be pre-positioned on the window without any tools. The mounting plate allows installation for both inward-opening and outward-opening windows. The enlarged locking part also makes installation easier. Despite this, the PA-ZV-UNI has smaller dimensions and is less conspicuous on the window. As there is at least five millimetres of space between the locking mechanism and the locking part, positioning on the sash is unproblematic. Furthermore, readjustment is no longer necessary.

The ZV-ELIMATIC is an additional electric locking device that is placed between the control unit and the drive system with a square spindle directly on the window drive. The locking hinge of the window is actuated by an electromechanical drive. It is also possible to use the locking system in SHEV and ventilation applications.
Minimal space requirement on the sash
With an installation height of 43 mm, the ZV-ELIMATIC takes up minimal space on the sash without compromising the opening angle. Opening angles of up to 180° are possible without any problems.
The additional locking mechanism can be set to 90° or 180° or to left- or right-turning window gears using a DIP switch. It can therefore be used on inward-opening windows as well as outward-opening windows.
Multi-point locking for improved tightness
The use of multi-point locks improves the tightness of the window. This means more security.
Connection of 24 VDC drives with F feedback contact is possible without any problems thanks to the integrated sequence controller. An additional module no longer needs to be installed.
Customised window designs are also no longer necessary. Windows can be built in accordance with resistance classes WK or RC, as only the window handle is replaced by the locking drive.
