Of course, you do not need to make an adapter. To connect Linak lifting columns together, you can use our double stroke adapter. Long lifting column with 1200 mm (1.2 m) stroke
We can produce lifting columns with 1200 mm stroke for you. Lifting columns with 1200 mm stroke is a triple telescoping lifting column made of aluminum. We can also design the lifting force according to your request by installing a correspondingly powerful motor and a spindle with a correspondingly designed pitch. Long lifting columns with 1300 mm (1.3 m) stroke
With 1300 mm stroke you can travel quite a distance with your long lifting column. 1300 mm stroke is not a standard product for us, but we can manufacture such a lifting column for you. Lifting columns with 1400 mm (1,4 m) stroke
1400mm is quite a lot. If you need a lifting column with 1400mm stroke, we can make it for you. We are specialized in special dimensions. We have different tube geometries to choose from. The lifting columns also have a top plate and bottom plate. With the base plate you can mount the lifting column with 1400 mm stroke on the floor. On the top plate you can mount the load plane.
Lifting columns with 1500 mm (1.5 m) stroke
You can order a stroke of 1500 mm from us online. We have drives from TiMotion, which can be mounted very well on top of each other. So you have cumulatively 3 lifting columns á 500 mm stroke and a lifting force of approx. 400 kg. However, the installation dimension will then be 3x the installation dimension of the individual lifting columns. If this installation dimension is too high for you, we can manufacture a 3-fold telescoping lifting column. However, this does not have a lifting capacity of 400 kg, but rather 50-80 kg, depending on the drive. However, this weight range covers a large number of small applications. Lifting column with 1600 mm (1.6 m) stroke
By means of special double stroke adapters we are able to combine 2 Linak drives into one system. This allows us to achieve stroke lengths of up to 1600 mm with the DL11XL. The long lifting column is already very practical. However, the height installation dimension is only slightly more (10-20 mm) than with a single Linak DL11XL lifting column. You can then also program the system with 1600 mm stroke in the stroke and thus limit the stroke travel. In this case, we always recommend using 2 double stroke adapter systems(2x 2 DL11XL in double stroke adapter mode) because of the system stability. For this purpose, you can also use a set of 4 DL11XL, which you then install in the double stroke adapter. The LinearDirect double stroke adapter includes one sturdy 5mm base plate (floor mounting) and one sturdy 5mm top plate (load plane mounting) each.
Extra long lifting column with 1700 mm (1.7 m) stroke
With a LinearDirect double stroke adapter you can achieve 1700 mm stroke with a DL11XL stroke actuator. 2x Linak DL11XL are mounted in each double stroke adapter. Both Linak DL11XL then have a cumulative stroke of maximum 1930 mm. The installation dimension of the double system is approximately the installation height of one DL11XL. The two DL11XL in the double stroke adapter then result in an extension dimension of 1700 mm stroke.
Extra long lifting column with 1800 mm (1.8 m) stroke
Also with a double stroke adapter developed by LinearDirect, you can achieve a stroke of 1800 mm per lifting column unit. The stroke can be adjusted to the millimeter via software. So you can easily adjust the double lifting column by means of a laptop or APP and also operate it with your cell phone. With a lifting column vob 1800 mm you can move quite a bit. However, you should make sure that larger loads (max. 40-50kg) can only be moved in double operation (2x double lifting adapter) to achieve sufficient stability.
Ultralong lifting column with 1900 mm - 2000 mm (1.9 m - 2 m) stroke
Our ultra-long lifting column with 1900 mm to 2000 mm stroke has a huge extension travel inside the double lifting adapter. By using the double stroke adapter you get the maximum extension travel you need by using 2x Linak DL11XL and 1x double stroke adapter. This is the largest stroke you can currently achieve with Linak products. As with the other double stroke adapter solutions, it is very important that these are operated in parallel with a second double stroke system in order to get enough stability in the load plane to be moved. Single operation of a double stroke adapter is only possible in certain applications without heavy load. If this is the case, please clarify this with us before ordering.
All double lifting adapter systems for long lifting columns can only be loaded in compression and not in tension.
