Of course, you do not need to make an adapter. To connect Linak lifting columns together, you can use our double lifting adapter. It is also very easy to do this without an adapter using products from TiMotion and Baumeister & Schack, for example. You can simply screw these together. These are listed below.
Long lifting column with 1200 mm (1.2 m) stroke
We can manufacture lifting columns with a 1200 mm stroke for you. Lifting columns with a 1200 mm stroke are triple telescopic lifting columns made of aluminium. We can also customise the lifting force according to your requirements by installing an appropriately powerful motor and a spindle with an appropriately designed pitch. Long lifting columns with 1300 mm (1.3 m) stroke
With a stroke of 1300 mm, you can travel quite a distance with your long lifting column. 1300 mm stroke is not a standard product for us, but we can manufacture such a lifting column for you. Lifting columns with 1400 mm (1.4 m) stroke
1400 mm is quite a lot. If you need a lifting column with a stroke of 1400 mm, we can manufacture it for you. We specialise in custom sizes. We have different tube geometries to choose from. The lifting columns also have a top plate and base plate. With the base plate, you can mount the lifting column with 1400 mm stroke on the floor. You can mount the load level on the top plate.
Lifting columns with 1500 mm (1.5 m) stroke
You can order a 1500 mm stroke from us online. We have drives from TiMotion, which can be easily mounted on top of each other. This gives you a total of 3 lifting columns with a stroke of 500 mm each and a lifting force of approx. 400 kg. However, the installation dimension will then be 3x the installation dimension of the individual lifting columns. If this installation dimension is too high for you, we can manufacture a 3-fold telescopic lifting column. However, this will not have a lifting capacity of 400 kg, but rather 50-80 kg depending on the drive. However, this weight range covers a large number of small applications. Lifting column with 1600 mm (1.6 m) stroke
Using special double stroke adapters, we are able to combine 2 Linak drives in one system. This enables us to achieve stroke lengths of up to 1600 mm with the DL11XL. The long lifting column is very practical. However, the height installation dimension is only slightly more (10-20 mm) than with a single Linak DL11XL lifting column. You can also programme the system with a 1600 mm stroke and thus limit the stroke distance. We always recommend using 2 double lifting adapter systems(2x 2 DL11XL in double lifting adapter mode) to ensure system stability. You can also use a set of 4 DL11XL for this purpose, which you then install in the double stroke adapter. The LinearDirect double lifting adapter includes a stable 5 mm base plate (floor mounting) and a stable 5 mm top plate (load level mounting).
Extra-long lifting column with 1700 mm (1.7 m) stroke
With a LinearDirect double stroke adapter, you can achieve a stroke of 1700 mm with a DL11XL linear actuator. 2x Linak DL11XL are attached to a double lifting adapter. Both Linak DL11XLs then have a maximum cumulative stroke of 1930 mm. The installation dimension of the double system is approximately the installation height of one DL11XL. The two DL11XL in the double lift adapter then result in an extension dimension of 1700 mm lift.
Extra-long lifting column with 1800 mm (1.8 m) stroke
You can also achieve a stroke of 1800 mm per lifting column unit with a double stroke adapter developed by LinearDirect. The stroke can be set with millimetre precision using software. This means you can easily adjust the double lifting column using a laptop or APP and also operate it using a mobile phone. You can move a lot with a lifting column of 1800 mm. However, you should make sure that larger loads (max. 40-50kg) can only be moved in double operation (2x double lifting adapter) in order to achieve sufficient stability.
Ultra-long lifting column with 1900 mm - 2000 mm (1.9 m - 2 m) stroke
Our ultra-long lifting column with a stroke of 1900 mm to 2000 mm has a huge extension range within the double lifting adapter. By using the double lift adapter, you get the maximum extension you need by using 2x Linak DL11XL and 1x double lift adapter. This is the largest stroke that can currently be achieved with Linak products. As with the other double lifting adapter solutions, it is very important that these are operated in parallel with a second double lifting system in order to achieve sufficient stability in the load plane to be moved. Single operation of a double lifting adapter is only possible in certain applications without a heavy load. If this is the case, please clarify this with us before ordering.
All double lifting adapter systems for long lifting columns can only be loaded in compression and not in tension.
