The Shaft Panel SP-300 is a compact central system in the SHEV area. Smoke extraction takes place through a shaft in the building that runs vertically across all floors. A shaft system consists of an HSP (Head of Shaft Panel) with a smoke extraction flap at the end of the shaft and an SP (Shaft Panel) on each floor, which in turn controls a smoke extraction flap. In the event of a SHEVS alarm (triggering), the smoke is discharged upwards via the shaft by opening the smoke extraction flaps in the shaft in a targeted manner. The system can be supplemented by a staircase control unit (Stair Panel).
An additional circuit board is installed especially for this product, which allows a reduced number of cores in the cable routing for the manual release devices. The signals for SHEV, reset and the alarm, OK and fault indicators can be forwarded using only 3 wires. This makes the SP-300 / 600 particularly suitable for replacing and refurbishing old buildings. Often, only supply lines with fewer wires are available on site.
Safe housing for components
The SP-300 electrical control unit is housed in a plastic casing and contains the power supply, emergency power supply and all the control and regulation electronics for operating 24 V DC drives for windows and smoke extraction flaps. The compact control centre controls the connected drives in the event of a fire and can also be used for daily ventilation. The ventilation function also serves as a regular function check of the Shaft system.
Safety thanks to 72 hours of emergency power
In the event of a power failure, the emergency power supply ensures that the Shaft system continues to function for at least 72 hours. The connection cables for the SHE button (HE manual control unit), smoke detector (RM), fire alarm system (FACS) and drives are monitored. The housing can be sealed. The SIMON LINK parameterisation and diagnostics software allows product-specific settings to be changed and maintenance and diagnostics work to be carried out.

The VENT-3 electric ventilation control unit is a compact device in a metal housing. It contains the power supply and all the control and regulation electronics for operating 24 V DC drives. The VENT-3 controls the connected drives for daily ventilation.
The VENT-3 can be operated without accessories via the membrane keypad integrated in the cover. It is also possible to connect an additional external ventilation button and a thermostat using a THM-200 (not included). By connecting a rain or wind/rain detector, the VENT-3 reacts automatically to undesirable environmental influences. The following functions can be set via the DIP switches on the circuit board: permanent activation of normally closed units after the ventilation button is touched, dead man's function, programmable stroke limitation and automatic "CLOSED" ventilation. The degree of automation can be set by the user.
The SIMON LINK parameterisation and diagnostics software allows product-specific settings to be changed and maintenance and diagnostics work to be carried out. Connected via Plug & Play, the software immediately accesses the device. Changes to the device settings and maintenance or diagnostic work can be carried out directly on site without any loss of time.
