It can happen that the desk no longer functions correctly after a power failure or an interruption in the mains voltage. Now replace the defective desk frame with a new Linak desk frame!
If you have saved a lower end position, which must take place via "Forced Initialisation", move the desk to the saved lower end point and then press the down button for 30 seconds (press and hold). When the 30 seconds are up, the desk should move down another 1-2 mm and is then initialised.
It is important to note that a reset or initialisation of the desk is not a defect in the desk, but merely a necessary end position adjustment to ensure that the controller can again control both drives of the desk synchronously and knows at which exact height the desk is located.

If you have an electric desk from Linak and need to reset it, you need to initialise it. Initialising the desk is a simple process and can be completed in a few minutes. To reset the desk, simply press and hold the down button in the lowest desk position for 2 x 10 seconds until the desk has retracted a little more. After initialisation, the desk should be fully functional again.
