Desk Sensor 1 (DS1) - Intelligent collision protection for height-adjustable desks

The Desk Sensor 1 (DS1) is an innovative anti-collision solution that reliably prevents damage to desks and objects. As a compact plug-in adapter based on state-of-the-art gyroscope technology, it recognises even the slightest inclination of the table top during upward and downward movement. If a tilt is detected, the system stops immediately and automatically moves back in the opposite direction - effectively preventing collisions and damage to the desk or neighbouring objects.

The DS1 recognises both hard and soft obstacles and is compatible with all DESKLINE systems based on the CBD6S control unit as well as with DL-IC systems (integrated control). It can be used with two- and three-part columns. For large table-top systems, up to four DS1 devices can be connected in series (daisy chain).

Optionally, the DS1 can be combined with the proven PIEZO technology to ensure an even higher level of collision protection. Thanks to its high sensitivity and robustness, the sensor works independently of load and temperature and thus reliably protects what is important to you.
