The Flatlift 75-98" Pop-Up Platinum floor TV lift is the ideal solution when very large televisions need to be elegantly concealed in the floor and powerfully extended when required. With an impressive lifting distance of 1740 mm, the system lifts even large-format displays up to 98 inches precisely, safely and with little vibration to the viewing position. It can be installed either in a floor shaft or under the ceiling of the floor below, allowing the system to be flexibly integrated into modern architectural and living concepts.
Two optional walk-on floor flap versions are available to cover the floor shaft - a 400 mm and a 600 mm version. Both flaps close the shaft reliably, are stable to walk on and blend seamlessly into the floor covering. Due to its design, the system itself does not have an automatic cover drive, which means that the floor flap must be opened manually before the lift is extended. The floor TV lift can also be operated completely without a flap if a different type of opening cover is required or if the TV slot is to remain open.
The Platinum series stands for the highest manufacturing quality, robust mechanics and a durable construction designed for long-term use in upmarket residential and commercial buildings. The lift operates extremely quietly and smoothly, supported by Soft Start & Stop and the Flatlift Hot Panel Secure technology, which protects the TV and floor cover. An optional electric 180° rotation function is available, which enables flexible, motorized alignment of the TV to the right or left.
The precise control logic enables the end positions to be programmed exactly so that the lift path can be optimally adapted to the structural requirements. Thanks to the option of integration into smart home, building and media control systems, the floor TV lift can be seamlessly integrated into modern technical environments.

Notes on installation and guide rails
The installation partner or integrator is responsible for the professional installation of the system. This includes, in particular, checking the installation situation and the mechanical guide elements.
The C-profile rails must be completely clean, dust-free and free of construction site residues (e.g. wood dust, plaster residues, metal shavings or packaging residues) before commissioning.
Deposits or foreign bodies in the guide rails can impair the running of the system and lead to increased mechanical resistance. This can overload the drive and mechanics. In the worst case, this can lead to malfunctions, blockages or damage to the drives.

Checking the installation dimensions, TV compatibility and structural requirements is the responsibility of the customer or the planner or integrator carrying out the work. Before ordering and installing, please ensure that the selected TV model can be operated within the specified dimensions, weight and movement parameters of the system.
Design modifications to the product - in particular to flaps, housings or mechanical components - are not permitted without written approval from Flatlift. Unauthorized modifications can lead to the loss of guarantee and warranty claims.

Flatlift 75/98" floor flap - Walk-on 600 mm floor flap for professional floor and basement installations The Flatlift 75/98" floor hatch with a depth of 600 mm is the large-format premium solution for all Flatlift floor-mounted TV lift systems in the 75-98 inch class - for both the fixed and the rotating version. It has been specially developed for projects in which the TV lift system is installed in the basement room below and a larger, deeper and more stable flap is required for portrait format televisions. When closed, the flap is fully accessible and integrates seamlessly into the existing floor surface. It can be individually covered with parquet, tiles, stone, vinyl or carpet so that it remains invisible and blends in perfectly with the interior design. As soon as the TV lift is activated, the floor flap opens automatically and clears the way for the TV. When retracted, it closes reliably and securely, creating a completely closed, load-bearing floor surface. LINAK BA001 is a high power accumulator solution with 2.15 Ah for electric linear actuator systems. Ideal for trolleys, recliners and TV/monitor racks. It has an LED status indicator and an audible alarm. LINAK has developed the BA001 battery box that can be used for the various DESKLINE® and HOMELINE® systems. A battery box is very useful in mobile applications, such as mobile trolleys, or applications where a mains cable would be in the way, such as recliners. The BA001 is a high-performance lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 2.15 Ah. The battery box has an LED light indicator that shows the charge level and an audible alarm that indicates that the battery needs to be charged. The BA001 is a very compact unit that comes standard with a mounting bracket that allows easy replacement of the battery. The tool for the correct use of Linak lifting columns: With the Linak USB2LIN06 processor programming cable, you can set up Linak CBD6S controllers as you wish using the Linak software (Windows-based).
