The Flatlift Slimline Home Edition 98" with 700mm electric lowering is the most powerful, exclusive and technically advanced model in the entire Slimline series. Developed for impressive 98" large format displays, this system enables completely invisible integration into the ceiling - absolutely flush, highly stable and with a precision that can only be found in the high-end segment. At the touch of a button, the TV moves almost silently out of the false ceiling and unfolds its size in a perfectly controlled, gently guided movement.
The impressively robust, yet astonishingly flat slimline design was specially developed for the extraordinary loads and dimensions of a 98" set. The mechanism is designed for maximum smoothness, high torsional rigidity and an extremely long service life, so that the entire movement path is exceptionally elegant and vibration-free, even with this format. This makes the system ideal for luxury living spaces, penthouses, top-class conference rooms, yachts and all premium architectural projects in which large-format displays are to be integrated completely invisibly.
A special highlight is the electric 700 mm lowering mechanism, which allows the folded-out TV to be moved further into the room. This achieves an ergonomically perfect viewing position - regardless of ceiling height or sitting position. Even with very high ceilings, the viewing angle remains optimal and comfortable. This additional stroke considerably extends the range of applications and allows precise adaptation to architectural conditions and individual visual requirements.
The system can also be equipped with an optional electric or manual rotation function. This allows the TV to be flexibly aligned to different lounge or seating areas - ideal for spacious living areas, open floor plans or multifunctional rooms in which a 98" display is used from multiple perspectives.
The Slimline Home Edition 98" comes with a wireless remote control and potential-free contacts for seamless integration into KNX, Crestron, Control4 or other smart home systems as standard. In this way, the entire movement sequence can be integrated into automated scenes - for example in combination with room lighting, shading or entertainment control.

Notes on installation and guide rails
The installation partner or integrator is responsible for the professional installation of the system. This includes, in particular, checking the installation situation and the mechanical guide elements.
The C-profile rails must be completely clean, dust-free and free of construction site residues (e.g. wood dust, plaster residues, metal shavings or packaging residues) before commissioning.
Deposits or foreign bodies in the guide rails can impair the running of the system and lead to increased mechanical resistance. This can overload the drive and mechanics. In the worst case, this can lead to malfunctions, blockages or damage to the drives.

Checking the installation dimensions, TV compatibility and structural requirements is the responsibility of the customer or the planner or integrator carrying out the work. Before ordering and installing, please ensure that the selected TV model can be operated within the specified dimensions, weight and movement parameters of the system.
Design modifications to the product - in particular to flaps, housings or mechanical components - are not permitted without written approval from Flatlift. Unauthorized modifications can lead to the loss of guarantee and warranty claims.
Flatlift provides all necessary CAD and installation data for download. Acknowledgement of the technical documentation is deemed to have taken place with the order. No liability can be accepted for planning errors, installation conflicts or lack of fit.
