The Flatlift Swing-Out System 47-65" was specially developed for larger televisions that need to disappear elegantly and completely invisibly into a cabinet or furniture top. With its powerful swing-out mechanism and precise control, this system enables a 47-65" flat screen to be lifted out of a cabinet in a safe and controlled manner and then folded down by up to 90°.
The Swing-Out system is ideal for applications such as folding a TV out of a cabinet, mounting a TV on a cabinet, mounting a TV on a closet or modern bedroom solutions where the TV should deliberately not be permanently visible. Only when activated does the system move out of its invisible position and bring the screen into the optimum viewing position. In everyday life, the entire technology remains discreetly concealed and ensures a clear, calm room design.
On request, the system can be combined with an electric drawer. The drawer automatically moves the TV forward out of the furniture before the Swing-Out system folds the screen down. Motorized TV pull-out and swing-out system for concealed mounting on a cabinet carcase. The FL-10011-SOS system was specially developed for installing large televisions up to 65 inches flush-mounted on the furniture and, if required, motorized to extend and fold down and folded down when required. When closed, the television is completely completely concealed when closed and only becomes visible when activated.
The movement sequence takes place in two stages: First, the TV moves linearly forwards out of the cabinet. Then the screen is motorized motorized by approx. 87° downwards. Notes on installation and guide rails
The installation partner or integrator is responsible for the professional installation of the system. This includes, in particular, checking the installation situation and the mechanical guide elements.
The C-profile rails must be completely clean, dust-free and free of construction site residues (e.g. wood dust, plaster residues, metal shavings or packaging residues) before commissioning.
Deposits or foreign bodies in the guide rails can impair the running of the system and lead to increased mechanical resistance. This can overload the drive and mechanics. In the worst case, this can lead to malfunctions, blockages or damage to the drives.
