The Flatlift XXXXL TV ceiling lift is a customized high-end special design for extreme loads, gigantic display formats and the most demanding architectural projects. With a load capacity of 250 kg and significantly more, this system is capable of safely lifting massive full ceiling panels, oversized 98-120 inch TVs, LED split walls, professional audio units and complex ceiling constructions, lowering them vertically out of the ceiling and rotating them electrically.

At the touch of a button, the lift folds out the complete ceiling unit including the cladding in a controlled manner and ensures absolutely clean, flush and invisible integration. This makes the system suitable for luxury villas, yachts, high-end home cinemas, exclusive conference rooms, auditoriums, flagship stores and architectural signature projects.

Installation & logistics - heavy-duty technology required

Due to its enormous size and mass (system weight 500kg+), this system can only be installed using a truck-mounted crane, heavy-duty lifting equipment and special logistics units.

The entire handling corresponds to industrial standards for heavy-duty and special transportation.

Assembly, adjustment and final calibration may only be carried out by:

• certified flatlift technicians
• trained AV integrators
• specialized construction companies

Project planning & production time - up to 18 months

The technical complexity and individual design of this system require a project period of

up to 18 months

This includes

• special design development
• static calculations (FEM & high-load simulations)
• individual engineering adaptations
• Production of all special components
• Final assembly, test runs & acceptance protocols

Approval stage - production only starts after formal multiple approval

Production only starts once a complete, written release drawing has been received - signed by

• the senior project manager of the construction or integration project
• the CEO of the installation company with authorization to act
• the senior structural engineer
• the lead architect

Without this complete, legally binding four-instance approval package, the system will not be produced.

This ensures that:

• all static load assumptions have been correctly confirmed
• the ceiling construction is demonstrably suitable
• the installation situation is clearly defined
• all responsible parties have assumed their project-related liability

The motorized heavy-duty ceiling lift system FL-4142671 described below serves as a technical basis. As this is a customer-specific heavy-duty system, all final values for Load capacity, cover cladding, TV weight, additional loads (e.g. loudspeakers) as well as the structural boundary conditions must be must be confirmed in writing before the order is placed - by:

• the senior AV project manager, or
• the CEO of the responsible installation company, or
• the lead architect or specialist planner

Static approvals, PLC programming, mechanical design and safety-relevant parameter settings can only be carried out after this declaration of commitment the safety-relevant parameter settings can take place. Customer-specific adaptations of the mechanical, electrical and and control technology are possible and are part of this system type.

Motorized, PLC-controlled three-axis ceiling lift system for concealed integration into suspended or on-site supported ceiling constructions supported ceiling constructions.
