The Slimline Home Edition 50 combines elegant 90° folding with an additional 700 mm vertical drop, enabling perfect TV integration for 50-inch sets in any modern living space. This system has been specially developed for installations where the TV is initially concealed flat in the ceiling, then automatically folded out 90° and then gently lowered down to achieve the ideal viewing position.
In the closed position, the TV is completely invisible. When activated, the mechanism opens precisely, the screen swivels 90° out of the ceiling and then moves downwards in a controlled manner. With a stroke of 700 mm, the system is perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, offices or home cinema projects where maximum aesthetics and functionality are required.
The lift is conveniently controlled by radio remote control, alternatively via potential-free contacts, so that seamless integration into smart home systems such as KNX, Crestron, Loxone or Control4 is possible without any problems. The precise mechanics guarantee safe, quiet and long-lasting movement - ideal for everyday use.
The ultra-flat design enables discreet integration into suspended ceilings, wooden ceilings or drywall constructions. This leaves maximum freedom in the architecture, while the TV is only visible when it is actually in use.

Notes on installation and guide rails
The installation partner or integrator is responsible for the professional installation of the system. This includes, in particular, checking the installation situation and the mechanical guide elements.
The C-profile rails must be completely clean, dust-free and free of construction site residues (e.g. wood dust, plaster residues, metal shavings or packaging residues) before commissioning.
Deposits or foreign bodies in the guide rails can impair the running of the system and lead to increased mechanical resistance. This can overload the drive and mechanics. In the worst case, this can lead to malfunctions, blockages or damage to the drives.

Checking the installation dimensions, TV compatibility and structural requirements is the responsibility of the customer or the planner or integrator carrying out the work. Before ordering and installing, please ensure that the selected TV model can be operated within the specified dimensions, weight and movement parameters of the system.
Design modifications to the product - in particular to flaps, housings or mechanical components - are not permitted without written approval from Flatlift. Unauthorized modifications can lead to the loss of guarantee and warranty claims.
