Different stroke lengths
In our range you will find Linak adjustable actuators with different stroke lengths and installation dimensions. On the product detail pages of the Linak adjustable actuators you will also find technical drawings, PDF data sheets and CAD drawings of the respective actuator or lifting column (adjustable actuator).
Load values and adjustment forces
In addition to the stroke of the linear actuators, the force of the linear actuator is also an important factor for you when selecting the right actuator. We offer a wide range of different linear actuators with varying forces. The maximum compressive and tensile forces for linear actuators are 2500 N (250 kg) in compression and tension. Linak lifting column actuators can only be loaded in compression and, due to their design, not in tension.
Structure
Linak actuators are moved by an electric motor that drives a spindle. As the driver moves up and down on the spindle depending on the direction of rotation, the positioning drive moves apart or together. The complete device is integrated and bolted within several columns.
Operation
The Linak adjustable drive is operated using a wired handset, a Linak Bluetooth remote control with receiver dongle, or via potential-free switching contacts, for example with a KNX or Crestron room control system.
Adjustability
All Linak adjustable drives can be adjusted to the millimetre using the Linak APP or Linak software and USB programming cable. You can set the lower and upper end points at which the actuator stops. You can also set the adjustment speed using the software and the APP.
Safety
Linak linear actuators are very safe to operate. The remote controls and APP are designed for dead man's control. Added to this is the anti-collision function. This is comparable to the safety device on electric windows. If something jams on the adjustment path, the drive automatically unclamps and moves 5 cm in the opposite direction.
