You can use a Linak cable to connect a Linak drive to a control unit so that the Linak motors can be connected to the relevant control port on the Linak control unit.
Linak motor cables in various lengths
The Linak motor cable is suitable for all Linak drives from the Deskline series. The Linak cables are available as 1m or 2m cables. Longer Linak cables are unfortunately not available, as if the cables are longer than 2 metres, there may be a loss of signals which are required for the operation of the Linak drives. If these signals are missing, the motor synchronisation is faulty and operation is stopped by the Linak CBD6S control unit in certain cases.
Linak cables are twist-proof
Linak cables are twist-proof and cannot be incorrectly connected to the control box or the drive. This means that the Linak cables can only be connected in one position. This anti-twist feature prevents incorrect connections.
Linak cable PINS
Linak cables have 2x3 pins which are moulded at each end of the cable. There is also a locking hook on the upper side of the connector which secures the connector part in position.
