As already mentioned, we have a very large selection of lifting cylinders in stock. You will find specific and exact delivery times on the product detail pages for each cylinder. The standard delivery time for Linak cylinders is around 8 working days or less. Cylinders from Baumeister & Schack have a delivery time of 14 working days. We also have a delivery time of approx. 8 working days for TiMotion cylinders.

Control unit

An electric telescopic lifting cylinder can be controlled using a wired handset, Bluetooth remote control or potential-free switching contacts from any room control system (e.g. KNX or Crestron).

Structure

The electric telescopic lifting cylinders in our range are made of tubular steel (powder-coated) or very stable, anodised aluminium profile. The tubular or aluminium profile contains a powerful drive that drives a spindle via an angular gear or gearbox. There is a follower on the spindle. Depending on the direction of rotation of the drive, the spindle rotates to the left or right and the telescopic cylinder moves up and down.

Lifting force of a telescopic lifting cylinder

Telescopic lifting cylinders have a very wide range of lifting forces. We have heavy-duty telescopic cylinders in our portfolio, which have a lifting force of 700 N (70 kg) to 8000 N (800 kg). The cylinders are divided into different lifting load ranges. We have medium-light lifting cylinders to heavy-duty cylinders in our range.

Safety

Our lifting cylinders are very safe in operation and have an integrated dead man's control ex works. This means that the operator must always make sure that nobody is in the danger zone. This allows them to recognise collisions with elements or body parts in advance and release the button on the remote control immediately. With Linak cylinders, you can also set an anti-collision function. This is already activated at the factory. If the Linak cylinder hits an obstacle, the cylinder stops immediately and moves in the opposite direction to unclamp. It could hardly be safer.

Smooth running and operating speed

Our telescopic lifting cylinders are very quiet in operation and have a comfortable lifting speed. Most drives, for example from Linak, run at approx. 38 mm/s. Other cylinders, which have more compressive force, run correspondingly slower. TiMotion heavy-duty cylinders run at around 6 mm/s. The speed of Linak telescopic cylinders can even be set via software.
