At LinearDirect you can purchase linear motors 12 V or 24 V with Wifi - Bluetooth control incl. limit switches. You can operate and adjust our linear actuators via app. Using a laptop, you can easily adjust the stroke of the 12 V / 24 V linear actuators with limit switches. Adjustment is very easy using the Linak linear motor adjustment software. With Linak's setting software, you can programme 12 V and 24 V linear motors' internal end points very easily. Simply set internal end points with millimetre precision at which the linear motor then stops.

Are linear actuators waterproof?

For special applications there are 12 V linear motors which are waterproof. However, we at Lineardirect do not offer waterproof linear actuators. We are therefore unable to help you with this.

Linear motor Wifi control / Bluetooth control Commissioning and handling

You can control our Wifi control for linear actuators and Bluetooth control for linear motors from Linak via Wifi / Bluetooth. Linak has developed its own app for this purpose. With the Linak Desk Control, you can control all Desklift and Homeline drives that are operated with the CBD6S controller. Operation is intuitive and very easy to carry out. You can then programme the linear motor's stroke and speed. This gives you the same effect as using a linear motor with 12 V and limit switch, except that the limit switch is located internally in the motor.

Connecting a 12V linear actuator. We will show you how to connect a 12 V linear actuator to the Bluetooth control unit and the operating device.

You can connect a 12 V Wifi linear actuator to the linear motor control unit using the motor cable to prevent it from twisting. If you only want to connect one linear motor, plug it directly into port 1 of the control unit. If you have several linear motors in the system, you can connect the drives in ascending order from port 1 to port 4. The 6-way Molex connectors make it impossible to connect the motor connectors incorrectly. The cool thing about our Bluetooth linear actuators is that you can operate up to 16 linear motors synchronously at once, either individually or with 4 control units. You won't find that anywhere else. In multi-parallel operation, the control unit to which the control panel is connected is the master and all other additional control units connected via multi-parallel cable are then slaves. When the master control unit then gives the command to move off, all (up to 16 linear actuators) move the same distance synchronously at once. The control unit for the 12 V linear motor can be a wired handset, a Bluetooth remote control or the smartphone app control. Everything is compatible and as our Bluetooth controls have 2 inputs, they can also be operated simultaneously using the app or a wired handset.
